Imposante nieuwbouw langs Nieuwe Waterweg
The new construction of the new distribution center and head office of MTS Euro Products in Maassluis is progressing according to plan. Despite the "weather and wind" – those are certainly not tender at the location right along the Nieuwe Waterweg. Four months after the start of construction, the contours of the concrete office building and the steel structure of the DC are now in place. The building will be fully constructed from the pilot office on the east side towards the office tower on the west side. With a length of 210 meters and a height of almost 20 meters, an impressive building will soon shine!
Sloop laatste kas Honderdland
The demolition of Honderdland's last greenhouse in Maasdijk is currently nearing completion. In mid-March, all greenhouses of the former horticultural area between Nolweg and Oranjesluisweg will have disappeared. Nothing stands in the way to develop the last part of the new Honderdland. As soon as the last greenhouse has gone, the main road at Business Park Honderdland will be extended to Maasdijkplein. Positive for the many activities on the business park, because it makes the site optimally accessible from both sides. Traffic will be able to use this road by the summer holidays and in the autumn the route will be equipped with lighting, sidewalks and plants. At the same time, the plots for new companies to be established are prepared for construction, so that the buyers of the last plots can start with the realization of their new buildings.

Met trots en genoegen hebben wij kortgeleden het nieuwe, hypermoderne distributie- en verpakkingscentrum van Growers United, voorheen Coöperatie DOOR, opgeleverd. Gróóts is het! Ondanks alle coronaperikelen is de deadline gehaald, dankzij de inzet en samenwerking tussen de vele betrokken bouwpartners. Komende weken volgt de verhuizing vanuit de huidige locaties en gaan de zeer efficiënte processen operationeel.

De nieuwbouw van coöperatie DOOR op Honderdland in Maasdijk gaat indrukwekkend hard! Kantoren krijgen vorm, de terreinverharding wordt aangelegd, onderdelen van de geavanceerde logistieke installaties worden al getest en alle overige zo belangrijke installaties worden ingericht. Zodra de aannemers en installateurs hun werk opleveren, kunnen vanaf oktober versproducten feilloos door het pand gaan.
