Our role as project manager is that of a spider in the web that unburdens the client. From day one we follow our own step-by-step plan for this type of assignment in which everything comes together: process, coordination and budget. First, the wishes and frameworks of the client and the government were clarified. Based on various studies in which the range and volumes were calculated, we presented a number of area plans, from which a basis emerged. From there, the optimal logistics design is worked out and only then are the architectural shell and all installations designed. We then selected contractors for the construction team and construction could begin. During the construction, we, as a manager, managed the entire process and we kept a close eye on the planning and budget, so that the building was realized on time and within budget.
The new packaging and distribution center was completed in August 2018. According to an efficient process, the products are prepared in perfect condition for shipment under the strict standards for international air freight. The building for BE Fresh is spacious and comfortable and forms an inspiring environment for employees and visitors.
