Jill van der Salm started as a junior business advisor within the Finance team of Triple Group on May 1, 2024. Jill studied Business Administration at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in change management and internal communication. She completed her internships as a process improver and in the implementation of research equipment. Jill grew up among the greenhouses and has gained experience in many departments at Lemkes in Bleiswijk. Jill gets energy from contact with entrepreneurs and gets along well with people, which helps her in change processes.
At Triple Group, Jill is involved, among other things, in the business and financial guidance of our customers.
