Potplant nursery Van Drunen and Zn. BV in Amstelveen had no business succession. The neighbor, Loogman Vastgoed B.V. with multiple tank and car wash locations, needed to expand the current car wash and facilities.
Triple Group has been able to assist Van Drunen in the closure of the company, the remediation of the buildings and the sale of the building plot, so that Loogman Vastgoed can realize its future plans.
