From 1 March 2020 our director and co-owner Eric in 't Veld will succeed the current director of Vreugdenhil Young Plants, Martin Uittenbroek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The year 2020 will be a transition year in which Eric will gradually transfer his management duties and activities for Triple Group customers. As a result, he will be fully transferred to Vreugdenhil Young Plants on January 1, 2021 and will remain involved with Triple Group only as a shareholder and advisor. Arie Kruithof will remain the director of Triple Group for the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As from March 1, 2020, Arie Kruithof and Eric in 't Veld acquire a shareholding in the Vreugdenhil-Klugt Combination. Their shareholding in Triple Group will be partially reduced and transferred in the coming years. In addition to Arie Kruithof and Eric in 't Veld, MT members Maarten Veldman, Marcel Eek and Marcel van der Zwan each already have a stake in Triple Group. This support makes transfer possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maarten Veldman will be in charge of logistics and project management. Marcel van der Zwan and Marcel Eek are in charge of finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are convinced that in this way the continuity of the company and the activities for our customers remain guaranteed. We look forward to the future with great confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
